If the signal is weak, in some cases internet coverage can be improved or extended with a repeater for an additional charge. Before installation, sending a few photos is usually enough to check whether the system is suitable for the existing gate or barrier.

The system is based on the SVA-2W controller. The controller has Type Approval.

Systems that include vehicle dongles use the SVA-S1 model, which has Type Approval.
Cellular connection version
In this version, the SvaGate controller connects to the internet through a separate external cellular USB modem. The modem is not built into the controller itself and is a separate product purchased in Israel.

FAQ
Is the system suitable for my barrier or gate?
In most cases, yes, if an OPEN / START / PUSH BUTTON input exists. Before installation, it is recommended to send photos for review.
What is the difference between 4G and Wi‑Fi?
The 4G version uses an independent cellular connection and is especially suitable where stable Wi‑Fi is not available near the barrier or gate. The Wi‑Fi version is suitable only when active internet and good reception are available in the installation area.
What if Wi‑Fi does not reach the gate?
In some cases, reception can be improved or extended with a Wi‑Fi repeater for an additional charge. If stable reception is still not available after review, the 4G version is preferable.
How many users can be added?
The SvaGate Wi‑Fi private-home package includes up to 20 users. The SvaGate 4G private-home package also includes up to 20 users. Packages for buildings, home committees and shared parking can support up to 1,000 active users, depending on installation type and actual usage.
Can I see who opened and when?
Yes. The app includes an opening log showing openings made through the system. Packages with dongles also show which dongle opened and whom it is assigned to.
Is there an annual fee?
The private-home Wi‑Fi package has no annual subscription fee. The private-home SvaGate 4G package also has no annual subscription fee, and the data package is included for up to 3 years. In the SvaGate 4G package for a building / home committee and in the 4G + vehicle dongles package, the first year is included and from the second year the service is ₪180 per year.
What is the warranty?
12 months of warranty on the equipment itself. A technician visit / on-site diagnosis is paid. If the fault is found to be in the equipment itself, repair or replacement will be handled under the warranty.
